What am I buying exactly?

• 12 themed party tubes, personalised with your child's name and birthday age.
• Each party tube is pref-filled with approx 170g of Allen's Party Mix confectionary.
• The 12 party tubes are shipped to you inside a matching themed display box that is also personalised with your child's name and birthday age.
• The total net weight of the confectionary of the 12 tubes is 2kg per shipping / display box

 

What are the lead times for ordering?

We know that preparing for your child's birthday party can quite often be very last minute. So, at HIP.HIP. we prepare your personalised order very quickly and (subject to any unforeseen circumstances) aim to dispatch with Australia Post by the end of the following business day from when we received your order. At checkout you will be provided with a delivery estimate (number of business days) which will help guide you if your order is likely to arrive in time for your child's party. We highly recommend selecting Express Post for short lead times. Note: please ensure you refer to our shipping policy.

 

Can I order more or less than 12 Party Tubes?

At this stage we only have the option to buy multiples of 12 Party Tubes (12 Party Tubes per shipping / display box).

 

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, all of our packaging can be recycled in your curb side recycle bin.

 

Can I order without pre-filled confectionery?

No. Our Party Tubes comes pre-filled as standard.

 

Do we charge GST?

Our listed sell price is inclusive of 10% GST. Our shipping costs are also inclusive of 10% GST.
